Shipping Policy

All knives are shipped via UPS or USPS Mail, depending on destination of the package. We will always get a tracking number and can provide it to you on request. Once an order is shipped, DMO Industries, LLC | DMO Knives, cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. An option to add-on insurance and/or signature confirmation is available at checkout.
